Just like the earlier versions, this Karcher K5 Premium Full Control Pressure Washer still maintains the yellow colour scheme. The body has, however, been improved and made more suitable for outdoor cleaning chores.
It is a small and compact machine and although it is quite heavy, the large wheels and pulling handle make it easy to move around when cleaning your car, patio, and other concrete surfaces.
It comes with an 8m hose that is long enough for most cleaning tasks and the LED display on the power gun makes for a very sleek and contemporary design.
Furthermore, it comes with a 2100W motor that features a unique cooling system designed to increase the lifespan of the motor. The on-board storage space is generous enough to house the additional accessories that come with the machine.

Specification and Performance
It is safe to say that one of the most impressive things about this pressure washer is the raw power; it is a very powerful machine when compared to similar models from other manufacturers. The 500 litres per hour flow ensures that you clean adequately with little or no wastage.

Most pressure washers in this size range come with 5m hoses, however, the Karcher K5 Full Control comes with an 8m hose that enables the user to move around without having to drag the machine along at every point.

Full Control Spray Gun
The Full Control spray gun is one of the things included in this new K5 version. An LED display is fitted on the spray gun to show the level of the power setting; with this, you can always check for the right setting before you start cleaning.
On the trigger gun, you can also adjust the power setting depending on the type of cleaning and the surface you want to clean; the power with which you clean your patio is not the same as you clean your car with if you don’t want to damage your car’s body.

Karcher K5 Review: Final Thoughts
The Karcher K5 pressure washer is a very powerful pressure washer that is suitable for most outdoor cleaning tasks. The Full Control spray gun is a very interesting feature and it gives you more control during your cleaning activities. It outranks similar pressure washers in power output, flow rate and even bar pressure.
It is a little expensive when compared to similar models and it is quite heavy for a small machine, however, these are not so surprising when you consider the specifications and the performance of the machine.
Judging by the quality and performance of the Karcher K5, it is one of the pressure washers you should consider whenever you think of buying one for your outdoor cleaning.
